Step 2 - Downloading the Dialup Software

You have it? Great! If not, wait a few minutes and check for it again.
If you have a printer, print off a copy of the email. Otherwise copy the information provided, paying close attention to the username, password and local access number indicated on the email. This information will be asked for again as you run the software you are about to download. | Please Note
You will receive a 3.5in diskett within 7 to 10 days of your registration containing software needed to create a new dial-up for the i-Shield ISP by PowerNet Global.

Step 2 - Download Software - Now that your account has been established and activated you will need to download some special software that will adjust the settings on your computer so that it will know to use the PNG/MyCCBA ISP the next time you wish to connect to internet.
When you click the link you will be asked to Run it or Save it to Disk. Select Save it to Disk. We suggest that you save it to your computer's desktop (main page with all the icons) to make it easier to find, install and run.
To download the software click the download button. (it could take 3-4 minutes for the file to download with a 28.8kbs connection ... Please be patient)
When the software has has completed downloading your system may beep and the download box will disappear.
Step 3 - Installing and Running the Software - Assuming you just successfully downloaded a file called PNGUSA.exe. You are now ready to run the software on your computer.
Simply locate the icon labled PNGUSA.exe and double click it (hopefully you placed it on your desktop if not click here for help). Double clicking the icon will run the program. Seven Small Steps to Installation- Accept the Powernet Global user agreement - Read the user agreement and scroll down to the bottom then click the radio buttom labled "I Accept".
Click Continue. - Enter the username you entered when establishing your account in Step 2. Click Next.
- Enter the password you entered when establishing your account in Step 2.
Click Next. - Enter your real First and Last Name as it appears on the credit or debit card used to pay for your service.
Click Next. - Enter the name of your business, ministry (for business accounts) otherwise enter "None".
Click Next. - Enter the email address you entered when establishing your account in Step 2.
Click Next. - Enter Phone Number - This is where you enter the local dial-up number provided to you in Step 2 above.
Click Next.
Follow the prompts and a new dial-up will be established on your PC.
| Trouble Shooting | When the new dial-up comes up make sure it displays your username in this format YourUserName Sometimes the '@' sign is omitted during installation. | The next time you access the internet your computer will use the new dial-up to access PNG/MyCCBA's ISP service powered by PowerNet Global. You will be directed to the CBN / MyCCBA's Online Christian Community Portal page. Clicking the CBN Home Page image takes you to CBN.com. Clicking the MyCCBA image takes you to the MyCCBA On-line Community.
If you have an established MyCCBA Online Community account you will be able to go directly to your MyFrontPage custom startpage. If not, you will need to complete one final step.
Step 4 - Registering for the MyCCBA Community - The MyCCBA offers a full featured web based internet community. We have chat, email, forums, egreetings and more. Best of all our members join our community becaused it is Christ centered.

* Finding the PNGUSA.exe file on your computer - To locate the PNGUSA.exe file you just downloaded; (1) Click on the Start button in the lower left hand corner of your screen. (2) Move your mouse pointer to Find then (3) move your mouse pointer to and click Files and Folders. (4) In the name field type PNGUSA.exe and press enter. (5)Your system should soon display the PNGUSA.exe file. (6) When you see it simply double click the file name and the file will run.
