EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
When you call the toll-free Road America Customer Service number, you have the comfort and assurance of knowing that qualified, reliable, insured assistance will be dispatched to your location immediately.
Road America Auto Assist is available throughout the United States and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You will receive immediate assistance for any roadside emergency and you pay the service provider directly, based on negotiated commercial rates generally available only to large companies under contract.
- As a Road America Motor Club member, you are entitled to 24-hour access to Road America’s Customer Service Center, available through a toll-free number.
- Your membership covers you and the immediate members of your family residing with you.
- Your membership is effective immediately and continues until the expiration or cancellation of your CCBA Platinum membership.
You will receive assistance for any emergency, including those described here: | Towing Services: When necessary, your covered vehicle will be towed to the closest service facility qualified to perform the necessary repairs.Mechanical Assistance: If your covered vehicle is disabled, service will be rendered by the nearest qualified Service Provider. On-site mechanical assistance consists of minor mechanical adjustments completed at the breakdown location, in less than 30 minutes, to put your vehicle in a safe & operable condition.Tire Changing and Repair: Service consists of the removal of the flat tire and its replacement with your inflated spare. If the disabled vehicle has no inflated spare, or if it has two or more flat tires, it will be towed to the closest qualified service facility.Fuel Delivery: An emergency supply of gasoline, oil, fluid, or water will be delivered to a covered vehicle. Payment for the fluid is required upon delivery.Locksmith Services: If your keys are lost, stolen, or locked inside your covered vehicle, they will provide for the assistance of a commercial locksmith.Battery Services: If a battery failure occurs, a jump start will be applied to start your covered vehicle.Extrication Assistance: If your covered vehicle is stuck in snow, mud, or sand while on a public thoroughfare, they will provide extrication assistance.
