If you are a member of one of CFN's affiliated Christian membership associations you are eligible to apply for these discounts and additional benefits (proof of membership is usually required). If you are not a member of an established affiliated Christian membership association, you may apply for membership in the Christian Consumer Benefit Association by clicking here. A $5.00 annual dues is required upon acceptance of your application in the CCBA. Other affiliated membership organization establish their own dues requirements.
